HGTV’s "Holmes on Homes" and Valpak Offer $5,000 Giveaway

This is very interesting, thanks for the info.
I would really like to get ahold of Mike Holmes as I have a leaky garage roof ( winter only) from snow and when the sun hits and melts the snow. Water runs down the inside garage wall abutting the family room. I don't know what it has done to my attic. The builder says its a design error and can't be fixed. I'm in dire need of help.
